Common Questions
Is EventTrey free for event planners?
Yes - browsing, messaging, and comparing quotes is completely free. When you book, you pay the vendor directly - EventTrey adds no fee and never takes a cut of what you pay.
How are vendors verified?
Vendors verify through an identity and business document review, tiered by category - a caterer, a venue, and a drone operator each have different requirements. Vendors who pass carry a Verified badge on their profile, you can filter for verified-only listings, and before you send a request to a vendor who is not verified yet, we ask you to confirm you understand.
Where is EventTrey available?
We are launching in the Philippines and the United States first, with worldwide access coming soon. Sign up and we'll notify you when vendors arrive in your area.
How do I get quotes from vendors?
Message any vendor directly from their profile with your event date, guest count, and requirements. Vendors typically respond within 24 hours with a quote.
What if I need to cancel a booking?
Cancellation policies vary by vendor and are shown before you book. EventTrey works out what you're owed and tells both sides, but your vendor sends any refund directly - we never hold your money.
Can I list my business as a vendor?
Absolutely. Complete your profile with a photo, at least 5 gallery photos, and one published service, then submit your verification documents. Our team reviews within 2-3 business days.
