By accessing or using EventTrey, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of EventTrey after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. EventTrey is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Each user may maintain only one account. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold or shared with third parties.

EventTrey is an online marketplace that connects event planners with vendors who provide event-related services, including but not limited to venues, catering, photography, entertainment, decor, and event planning.

EventTrey acts as a platform facilitator and is not a party to any agreement between users and vendors. We do not provide, control, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by vendors.

As a user of EventTrey, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in your profile and communications
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes related to event planning
• Treat vendors and other users with respect and professionalism
• Not post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content
• Not attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid fees or bypass protections
• Not use automated systems or bots to access the platform without permission

Vendors listing services on EventTrey agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability for all listed services
• Maintain all necessary licenses, permits, and insurance required for their services
• Honor confirmed bookings and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Deliver services as described and at the agreed-upon quality standard
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations
• Not engage in discriminatory practices when accepting or declining bookings

All payments processed through EventTrey are handled by secure third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service.

Refund policies are determined by individual vendors and must be clearly stated in their service listings. EventTrey may facilitate the refund process but is not responsible for issuing refunds for vendor services.

EventTrey may charge service fees for platform usage. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction.

The EventTrey name, logo, branding, and all platform content (excluding user-generated content) are the intellectual property of EventTrey and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

By submitting content to EventTrey (reviews, photos, descriptions), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on EventTrey's proprietary content without our express written permission.

EventTrey is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, accuracy, or availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventTrey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.

EventTrey's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to EventTrey in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access the platform will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of EventTrey shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to attempt to resolve any disputes informally by contacting us before initiating formal proceedings. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue arbitration.
